Prospective graduates must complete this form, print, sign, date and submit it by October 15, 2008.

School of Engineering and Computer Science

Students must be recommended for graduation by the school faculty. Formal applications for graduation are required. Application forms may be obtained from the Office of Student Services. Application should be made approximately seven months in advance of the anticipated date of graduation. If a student does not graduate when expected, the student must reapply.

School of Architecture and Design

Students who acquire D grades in excess of one-sixth the semester hours required for the Bachelor of Architecture degree will not qualify for degree candidacy.
