Initiated in response to sniper attacks that plagued the Washington, DC, Metro area in 2002, Halloween's Haunted Hilltop creates a safe, positive environment where students and local youth could experience the annual festivities. Students take great pride in transforming the lower level of Cook Hall into a chillingly, spooky, house of fun.
