Scope Note

This is a select bibliography on social work with the black perspective. The titles are represented
 in the collection of the Howard University Libraries. For convenience of our users the Library's classification notation is given in red next to each listed item. 

The black perspective is an integral focus of the Howard University School of Social Work. Topics 
used in the index below relate to areas of instruction in the courses for the Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and Ph.D. degrees which are offered at the School.
