RATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Our summer housing rates remain among the most competitive rates in the Washington, DC area. Please make the necessary adjustments as you plan your stay with us in the future.

The following new rates will go into effect May 2008:

Lodging (per person/per night)                               $30.00/ Interns*                                                                                   $35.00/Air (Standard)

Linen Services (Weekly Basis Only)                     $15.00 per week

Micro-fridge Rental (Subject to availability)        $20.00 per week/per unit

*Please notice below that we also will be offering packaged accommodations effective May 2008:
