Teaches argumentation and debate, interpersonal communication, speech, and oral interpretation. Her current research interest focuses on leadership style and motivation in organizations. She also lectures and has research interests in intercultural/interracial, health, and religious communication. In addition, she directs the Annenberg Honors Society.
