Alumni Council of the Howard University
Alumni Association will meet
in the Auditorium of the Armour J. Blackburn
University Center on Howard University's
main campus on Friday, May 13,
2011, 9am to 5:00pm. Registration
for the meeting will be in room 148/150
of the Blackburn Center beginning at 8:30
am. Continental breakfast will be available, but lunch will not be provided. If you are planning to attend the All Classes Luncheon, please make your reservation by contacting Mr. Diagne at e_d_diagne@howard.edu.
Please
be reminded that the HUAA Constitution
requires Officers, Regional Chairs, constituent
unit presidents and committee chairpersons
to submit annual reports for this meeting.
Your reports should reach the Executive Council no later than April 30, 2011. Please send your report via e-mail to e_d_diagne@howard.edu. "Activity Report" and "Year End Financial" forms may be downloaded below.
All members of the Alumni Council are expected to attend this annual meeting on May 13, 2011. However, if you will be unable to attend, you may be represented by proxy. A "Designation of Proxy" form may be downloaded from: http://www.howard.edu/alumni/HUAA/proxyrsvp.html.
Under the provisions
of the HUAA Constitution, only HUAA members
in good standing are entitled vote on
issues before the Council. Specific provisions
governing members and constituent units

The Alumni Volunteer Awards Reception will be in Armour J. Blackburn University Center Hilltop Lounge immediately following the Alumni Council meeting Friday, May 13, 2011 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Please RSVP for this event by April 30, 2011.
