Dr. Gay McDougall, international human rights activist, Distinguished Scholar In Residence at Washington College of Law, American University, independent expert on minority issues at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, executive director of Global Rights and a MacArthur Foundation Fellow, will be the keynote speaker for the Annual C. Clyde Ferguson Lecture.
