Howard University School of Divinity 96th Annual Alumni Convocation
(Special Event)
Come participate in the 96th Annual Convocation with Dr. Curtiss Paul DeYoung (HUSD '86) and South African Scholar Dr. Allan Boesak under the Convocation theme "Radical Reconciliation." All Convacation events will be held in Mays Hall of the Howard Thurman Chapell, East Campus.
-- Dr. DeYoung will speak on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 5:30 p.m. He will give a lecture titled "When the Empire Stikes Back."
-- Dr. Boesak will be the Cynthia Wedel Lecturer on Thursday, Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. His lecture is titled "Deification, Demonization and Reconciliation: Will the Centre Hold?"
-- Both Dr. DeYoung and Dr. Boesak will participate in a panel discussion at 3 p.m. on Oct. 18 where they will disccuss their book "Radical Reconciliation."
