You will be actively involved in your education and have opportunities to think about and apply what you are learning in different settings through various means: contributing to class discussions; making class presentations; working with other students on projects; tutoring or teaching other students; participating in community projects; and so forth.
    Howard Students serve on the Board of Trustees and on University-wide committees. They can express their views through student organizations, as well as The Hilltop student newspaper—rated "The Best Campus Newspaper" by the Princeton Review—and the Bison Yearbook.
