Locke Hall |
The
administrative offices of the College of Arts and
Sciences are located in this building. There are
also classrooms, learning labs, and offices for the
departments of English, Classics, and Modern Languages
and Literatures.
Locke Hall is named in memory of Alain
Leroy Locke, educator, writer, and philosopher, best remembered as leader
and chief interpreter of the Harlem Renaissance movement.
