Howard History Quiz Thank you to everyone who participated in last month’s quiz and congratulations to the winners, who answered both questions correctly: Ruby Gourdine President Lyndon B. Johnson delivered his famous civil rights speech, “To Fulfill These Rights,” at Howard in 1965. The U.S. Navy recently named a ship after Charles Drew. The USNS Charles Drew was christened in February. Now it’s your turn to test your knowledge.
