New Tuition Remission Application Form
The Office of Human Resources has revised the Remission of Tuition Application Form. There will be one form for all participant types, inclusive of active employees, retirees and dependents. Click here to download the new form.
The application may be completed electronically. Applications should be printed and signed by the appropriate authorities prior to submission to the Office of Human Resources for final approval.
All Howard University Hospital employees, retirees and dependents must submit their form to Human Resource Services at the Hospital to receive initial approval prior to submitting the application to the Office of Human Resources at the University for final approval. 2014 Benefits Open Enrollment
The benefits open enrollment period for 2014 is April 21–May 16. This is your annual opportunity to change elections in your benefits plan.
