Programs Underscore the Need for Healthy Lifestyle Habits
As the Howard community takes time to celebrate the holiday season and New Year, it is also a time to reflect on personal health and renew a commitment to fitness. Across the campus, faculty, staff and students have dedicated their efforts to keeping Howard fit.

Programs such as “Wellness Wednesdays” have highlighted the importance of eating healthy. Through a partnership with Sodexo, healthy foods are offered in University cafeterias and restaurants each Wednesday, partially in contrast to the popular “Soul Food Thursdays.”
