Through the Department of Benefits and Pension Administration, Cigna will be providing an on-site care advocate to help employees of Howard University and Howard University Hospital understand and resolve claim-related concerns. Deana Tisdale, the care advocate representative assigned to the University, will be on campus twice a month—every first Wednesday at the University and every third Wednesday at the Hospital, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- Understanding Your Explanation of Benefits Statement
- Provider Searches (Finding an In-Network Provider)
