Inabel Burns Lindsay, School of Social Work, was the
first woman appointed as an academic dean at Howard
University.
M Street School was the original name of the local Washington,
D.C., high school once referred to as “The pipeline
to Howard?” The name was later changed to Dunbar
High School.
Now it's your turn to test your knowledge. The first
