1. Download and complete the entire Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF - 56 KB). Do not omit any spaces.
2. Fax the completed form to (202) 483-7056.

Type Of Credit Cards Accepted:

• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover
• Debit/Check Cashing Bank Cards (with Visa, MasterCard logo only)

Prospective Students Can Pay:

• Application Fee
• Enrollment Fee Only
• Housing Deposit & Room Rent

You can not pay housing application fee’s.

Currently Enrolled and Former Students Returning Can Pay:

• Current Student Account Bills
• Old Balances due to Student Accounts
• Emergency Loans

If additional information is needed you should contact Student Financial Services (202) 806-2610.

Business Organizations and Other University Departments Can Pay For:

• Seminars, conferences, etc
• Invoices for services rendered, etc

Please be sure to include a 10 digit account number, along with the University’s Department name and telephone number and a contact person.
