A site visit to firm’s Research & Development facility is also scheduled. The ability of team members to develop IC wafers within the Howard University Nanovan will be showcased during this visit.
The team consists of 21 active members for the 2007/2008 academic year. The team has participated in community services in the DC metropolitan area. Members of the team are also scheduled to go through the Howard University Nanoscience training which involves developing IC wafers in the NanoVan facility. This training is part of a project the team is involved in for Corning Inc.
