This dance intensive is part of the dance major curriculum and is structured with the art of dance as an extremely high level academic that includes the type of work encountered in the field of dance while also offering skills that can provide even greater professional choices upon graduation. We require a great deal of thinking and intense writing in the synthesis context that is based in affective and cognitive information with all students expecting to develop physically and orally in their presentational skills for all they do and how they do in the development of the art form. This all-inclusive dance intensive addresses the audition process for entry into the dance major process and curriculum structured program of serious development, evaluation, and results. We look forward to you and your excited energy of involvement, Sherrill
