Order forms for purchasing the videotapes and DVDs can be downloaded online (PDF), can be obtained at the distribution site where the invitations will be available for pick-up beginning March 20, and at the distribution site for academic costumes beginning May 8 - 13, as noted on this Web page. The cost is $39.95 per videotape and $32.00 per DVD.
