The order form for purchasing DVDs can be downloaded online (PDF), Purchase Order Forms for the DVDs can be obtained at the distribution site where the invitations will be available for pick-up beginning March 20, and at the distribution site for academic costumes beginning May 5-9, as noted on the information for graduates page. The cost is $32.00 per DVD.
