Congratulations, 2002 Graduates!


The University held its 134th Commencement Ceremony, Saturday, May 11 at 10 a.m. on the Upper Quadrangle, also known as the Yard. This year, the prestige continued as HU alumna Shirley Clark Franklin, the first female mayor of Atlanta, Georgia, and the first black female to be mayor of a major southern city was the Commencement Oratrix.
