Administrative Coordinator Jean Perry, a native of Richmond, Va. moved to Washington, DC in the late 60’s. Attended Ballou High school and DC Teachers College. Played varsity basketbal,l ran track and has a brown belt in tae kwon do. Worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of retail sale at Ginns Office supplier and as a Manager of one of their retail stores for over 15 years. Ms. Perry joined the staff of Howard University in July of 2002. Ms. Perry currently serves as the Administrative Coordinator for Student Life and Activities and is responsible for managing and facilitating the purchasing, budgetary and administrative operations for the department and the university-wide student organizations that function within the Office of Student Activities.
