The Office of Honors and Fellowships exists to increase the number of high achieving students at Howard University, support our students in applying for and receiving prestigious scholarships, and promote Honors offerings at Howard University.

University Honors

Howard University has several honors programs located in the undergraduate schools & colleges throughout the university. Through the Honors Programs, students have the opportunity to be exposed to prestigious scholarship opportunities, special classes, and enhanced specialized training in their areas of interest. read more >>

Laureate Scholars Program

The Laureate Scholar Program is for students who have been selected as Finalists through the National Achievement Scholarship Program. Finalists are eligible for the Laureate Scholarship, which includes tuition & mandatory fees, room, board, and a book stipend. Howard University waives the application fee for Semifinalists and Finalists. read more >>
