All residents are expected to have a mid rotation evaluation with their attending physicians. It is the responsibility of residents to ensure that this is done.

Third year residents on call should note that ECA coverage commences at varying times on each day and should ensure that they are aware of the exact time of handover. On call R3 should hand over to day team by 8am.

ALL residents without exception MUST record their patient encounters in a log book provided by the Dept. of Medicine. If you have not picked up your log book as yet, PLEASE pick one up from Ms Thompson's office as soon as possible.
