Project Update September 1999 - The Louis Stokes Health Sciences Library construction project started in late June 1999 on what was the Annex I parking lot. The excavation work is about 95% complete and rigging cranes are now on-site to begin laying the foundation for the library   Hillier Group / Amos Bailey & Lee, Architects--A Joint Venture
