Uses appropriate evidence and documentation demonstrating highly competent information access, evaluation and application. Thoroughly evaluates source accuracy, reliability, and authority. Cited works/bibliography follow a standard style and bibliographic format and are skillfully incorporated into paper as appropriate

Uses appropriate references from a number of relevant information sources, showing adequate information access, evaluation and application. Notes briefly issues of source accuracy, reliability, and authority. Cited works /bibliography follow a standard style and bibliographic format with few citation errors
