Heaven Is Still Accepting Angels
By Tracy Hunter

Iíve loved
Iíve been loved
Iíve lied
Iíve cried
Iíve hurt
Iíve been hurt
Iíve strayed
Iíve prayed
Iíve forgiven
Iíve been forgiven
I have lived
and now
Now I am tired

Iím going home now to claim my mansion
Iíll be watching over you
And if you remember to keep God first
Youíll get your angelís wings too

Oh no!
Please donít cry
I promise it will be alright

Although you cry for me this night
Your joy will come with the morning light

God will wipe your tears
Heíll erase your fears
and together
Together, weíll take care of you
As you face the coming years

I know itís difficult to understand
How could I leave you this way?

Iím no longer there for you to hold
Talk to
Fight with
You know the routine

You know I love you

and

I heard you when you said you were sorry

I heard you when you said you loved me

I heard you when you said
ďIf I could talk to ________ just one last timeÖĒ

I heard you!

Apology accepted!

Just know that:

Iíve loved
Iíve been loved
Iíve lied
Iíve cried
Iíve hurt
Iíve been hurt
Iíve strayed
Iíve prayed
Iíve forgiven
Iíve been forgiven
I have lived
and now
Now I am tired

Iím going home now to claim my mansion
Iíll be watching over you
And if you remember to keep God first
Youíll get your angelís wings too

So for now, Iíll say goodbye

Oh no!
Please donít cry

I know Iíll see you again soon

Just remember to keep God first
And youíll be sure to get your angelís wings too.
