My name is William. I was born in August. I was born in Howard
University Hospital, in Washington, D. C. , and I am an African American.
I live on Kenyon Street, N. W. in Ward One. I passed to the eighth grade
and attend Shaw Jr. High School. When I graduate from high
school, I hope to attend Banner Senior High School. I hope I get accepted
to Howard University.When I get older, I would like to be a computer technician.
I am a volunteer worker at my old summer camp, Bruce-Monroe.
My school is named for Robert Gould Shaw, a general in the Civil
War, who led the 54th infantry
(Black soldiers). We have a new statue in
my neighborhood honoring these
soldiers.
