VIII. Cooperative Purchasing

The Materials Management Department shall participate, to the extent practicable, in cooperative purchasing with other area universities, if significant benefits can be achieved. Benefits may be in the form of lower unit costs or higher quality of service. Cooperative purchasing arrangements must be conducted in accordance with the University's purchasing policies and procedures.
