XVI. Updating the Purchasing Manual

From time to time it may be necessary to revise the
manual in order to reflect changes in procedures and practices needed to support
new or revised policies. In the
event such changes are necessary the MMD Director will initiate the change, explaining the reason for the change and providing
specific details of the suggested modifications. If it is a major change, it
will be transmitted to the Vice Provost for Administration for review and
approval.
If approved the web will be updated.
