The Howard University-RCMI Administrative Core has the responsibility for managing all aspects of the HU-RCMI program. The administrative core ensures that policies and regulations of Howard University and the National Institutes of Health are adhered to during the performance of RCMI-supported activities. Additionally, the administrative core provides general grant management support to all compounds of the RCMI Program.
