2008 Black History Month Celebration

 

On Friday, February 29th, Howard University Middle School students celebrated Black History Month through a showcase of dramatic performances, music, dance, art, and storytelling. "Celebrating Our Past As We Move Forward" highlights eras and movements significant to the struggle and progress of blacks in America. Approximately, 50 (MS)2 students performed in the program. There were three performances, one performance for each grade level.
