Applying to (MS)2
 Applications for prospective students can be picked up on weekdays from the office of the school located at 405 Howard Place, NW, Washington, D.C., or downloaded from: www.howard.edu/ms2. Only completed applications will be considered, and they must be submitted in person during school hours Monday through Friday. The prospective student’s most recent report card must be attached. In the event that there are more applications than available spaces, there will be a public lottery to determine student selection.
