Howard University Community:
The University will be closed on Monday, March 3, due to the inclement weather. Outpatient clinical services for the Faculty Practice Plan and Howard University Hospital will also be closed. The Emergency Response Team, led by Chief Brian Jordan, is prepared to respond and restore the campus following the snow storm.
Tonight, Sunday, March 2, Founders and Stokes Libraries will close at 9:30 p.m. The iLab will remain open until midnight. The shuttle service will operate until conditions are deemed unsafe.
If you must travel, please exercise caution.
Please note the status of the following services for March 3:
Campus Dining Services will open in the Blackburn Center and the Bethune Annex:
Brunch: 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
All retail operations will be closed.
The shuttle service will operate until midnight. The escort transportation service will run between midnight and 2 a.m. The shuttle service will operate on a weekend schedule beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 3 until conditions are deemed unsafe. Please exercise caution as you travel.
All students should report to Howard University Hospital for medical emergencies.
