Howard University will be open on Friday, February 12 beginning at 10:00 a.m., with unscheduled leave in effect for faculty and staff.

Classes
Regularly scheduled Friday classes will be held in accordance with the University’s unscheduled leave policy. Faculty should notify students if a class will not be held as scheduled. In all cases, safety should be the primary consideration when making decisions to attend scheduled events.

Employees
All designated emergency employees must report to work. All other employees may choose not to report to work. Employees who do not report to work must use accrued leave.Employees must follow their department's normal call-in procedures to discuss the needs of their unit and individual circumstances.

iLAB
The iLAB will be providing additional hours for students this weekend, and on Monday February 15th, despite the official Holiday.
Below are the hours of operation:
Saturday February 13    10 am-5 pm
Sunday   February 14    10 am-5 pm
Monday   February 15   10 am- 3 pm

Dining Services
Dining services will be open in Bethune Annex and Blackburn Cafe on the following schedule through Monday, February 15, 2010:
Brunch 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner 4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Shuttle Services
Shuttle services will resume regular route hours beginning Friday, February 12 at 9 a.m. Weekend schedule will be in effect for Saturday, February 13 through Monday, February 15.
