WASHINGTON (February 22, 2011) – Multi-faceted entertainer Nick Cannon will headline a comedy show at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25 in Cramton Auditorium to support the Howard University Haitian Relief Fund.
The show is a free-ticketed event for Howard University students, faculty and staff. Tickets are currently available at the Cramton Box Office, 2455 Sixth Street NW, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Thursday and 10 a.m. until show time on Friday.
Last month marked the one-year anniversary of the catastrophic earthquake that devastated Haiti. Howard University responded immediately and has worked assiduously in the last year to ensure that the people of Haiti remain at the forefront of national and global attention.
Attendees are encouraged to provide a donation at the door in support of the Howard University Haitian Relief Fund. The event is sponsored by the Office of Student Life and Activities, Howard University Student Association, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Bison Yearbook and the Blackburn Center.
