WASHINGTON (December 9, 2011) ­– Under the direction of J. Weldon Norris, the Howard University Choir will perform its Annual Christmas Concert, which has been presented to the community since 1973. This year’s featured commentator will be the First Lady of Howard University, Paula Whetsel-Ribeau, Ph.D.
