WASHINGTON – Finland’s Chef Torsti Uotila will add a burst of flavor to the campus dining experience, Feb. 21- 22, as part of Sodexo’s 2012 Global Chef Program.
Chef Uotila will prepare classic dishes from Finland and showcase live meal preparation on Tuesday Feb. 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Bethune Annex cafeteria and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Blackburn Café. He will also present on Wednesday, Feb. 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in The Restaurant in Blackburn.
The Global Chef program is a month-long international chef residency that offers an opportunity for Sodexo’s top chefs worldwide to travel to different countries and share authentic international cuisine with students, faculty and staff.
