Howard University Announces Online Gallery Store
Purchase reproductions of artwork from Howard University’s collections

WASHINGTON (November 1, 2013) – The Howard University Intellectual Property Committee is pleased to announce that reproductions of 46 works from its Gallery of Fine Art, Moorland Spingarn Research Center, and School of Divinity are available for purchase at

The available works include works by such artists as Henry O. Tanner, Aaron Douglas, Archibald Motley, L.P. Spinner, and Constantine Youssis, as well as historically significant photographs of Howard University.  The reproductions range from $15.00 11x18 mattes to $850.00 40x60 canvases. They make great holiday gifts for art enthusiasts of all types, and friends of Howard University, as well as Howard University alumni, students, faculty and staff.  Proceeds from the sale of the works go directly to the respective galleries to help support the collections.
