WASHINGTON (December 13, 2013) – The Howard University Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management is pleased to announce a new partnership between business-software maker SAP and Howard University.

Through the SAP University Alliance, Howard University will gain access to cutting-edge software that will provide business students with the skills necessary to be competitive in the global marketplace. All students with an interest in developing their professional skills should try to take full advantage of this opportunity.

Recently, Howard University had the honor of hosting SAP’s Chief Executive Bill McDermott as he participated in the Business School’s Executive Leadership Series. Howard professors Rajni S. Goel and James Haddow were integral in the implementation of the alliance at Howard. This is another example of how the Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management is leading the way to making Howard a more fulfilling learning experience for all.
