Apply Online Instructions:

1. You must not have any outstanding parking citations.
2. Using the internet, log into http://eb.howard.edu/eb
3. Username: Your student ID number.
4. Password: Your student ID number.
5. You will be prompted to change your password. After this please carefully follow the prompts.
6. The final page will give you a confirmation of your registration. Do not click more than once while you wait for the confirmation. You will not be able to go back into the system once you have completed registration. Please be patient.
7. Be aware that the registration site is only open as long as parking spaces are available. Once all the spaces are exhausted we will close the registration.

10AM until all available spaces have been taken.

Eligibility
Students in good standing with no outstanding citations or balances

Students will forfeit parking permits if the following:

• Not registered for classes by July 1, 2010
• Do not pick up permits in Blackburn during the allotted time
  (August 23-26, 2010)
• Are not financially validated by August 1, 2010
