Each student at Howard University is required as a condition of enrollment to comply with the University's Policies and Procedures. Students are expected to familiarize themselves with their provisions, with special attention to all deadlines, using either the printed or online version of them.
Academic Regulations are found in the print editions of the H-Book, available from the Office of Student Activities in Blackburn Center, and the Student Reference Manual, available from the Office of Records in the Mordecai Johnson Administration Building. They are also included in the electronic editions of these publications.
Online versions of Howard University Policies and Procedures are provided as a convenience to users. However, should there be any conflict of information, only the printed version of the Policies and Procedures are the official documents.
