Research Administrative Services is committed to an ongoing effort aimed at improving research and compliance at Howard while setting an agenda for cutting-edge research that is both national and international in scope.

Research Administrative Services is an integrated research administrative function, which has been designed to incorporate the strategic activities of the Howard University Academic offices under the Office of the CFO.

The objective of Research Administrative Services is to facilitate an expanded research capability at Howard University and provide researchers with more efficient and accountable strategic and administrative support.

To achieve these goals, the Office supports the development of a coordinated planning strategy that involves all levels of the University and that addresses the major research needs of the University, its faculty, and students.
