All proposals for external funding should be submitted using the electronic signature and approval process.
Research Administrative Services will not accept hard copies of proposal submissions without prior approval.

The following guides are provided to assist with the submission and approval of research proposals through the electronic signature and approval process.
Demonstrations of this process are conducted every Tuesday and Wednesday at 2:00pm in the RAS main office. Special accommodations can be arranged for those who are unable to attend on these days. If these dates and times do not fit your schedule, contact RAS at (202) 806-4759 to schedule an alternate date and time.
Please keep in mind that RAS reserves the right to withdraw for consideration, any proposal received less than five full business days prior to its submission deadline date.
