The Howard University community along with delegates from colleges and universities from across the nation will convene to commemorate the installation ceremony of the 16 th President of Howard University, Sidney A. Ribeau, Ph.D. Representatives of all the University’s major stakeholders will deliver tributes on behalf of their organizations. Participants will convene in full academic regalia to mark a new chapter in the history of Howard University.
