Group Leaders are an integral part of the Bunche Center's International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program. Undergraduate and Graduate students serve as mentors to the high school participants.

Each group leader will be responsible for a group of students, guiding them through the day's activities. These activities include assisting students with research, drafting policy briefs for debates, and moderating panel discussions. Group leaders also help in the administrative tasks of the program; locating and making phone calls to professionals, writing letters of thanks, and evaluating student work.

All applicants selected will be required to attend a training session during the month of June and may not have other obligations during the entirety of the program.
