June 22 Friday All day Site Visits:  Ruins of the Banpo Village (ca. 4000 BC), the Terra-cotta Soldiers from the Qin Dynasty (221 DC), and Huaqing Palace of the Emperor in Tang Dynasty Lintong City  
June 23 Saturday 9:00 am Seminar 2:  Chinese Calligraphy (Hand-on:  ABCs of Chinese calligraphy) Shaanxi Nornal University Prof. Li Xing from Department of Fine Arts in Shaanxi Normal University, specialized in Chinese calligraphy.
1:00 pm Site visit:  Touring the Museum of the Inscribed Stone Tablets and the Replica of the Ancient Culture Boulevard; also touring the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Islamic Mosque   The museum has the largest collection of famous Chinese Ancient calligraphers' writings in China.
8:00 pm Site Visit:  Touring the ancient city wall   Dating from the Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644

10:00 am Seminar 12:  The Geographical, Historical, and Cultural Significance of the Yellow River Education Hall TBA:  The Yellow River is also called the Mother River in China, and is considered the cradle of Chinese civilization.
1:30 pm Site Visits:  Baotu Spring:  the Yellow River; Thousand-Buddha Mountain   All famous historical and natural sites in Jinan, which is also called "the Spring City" for its famous Baotu Spring.
