Dr. Nebbitt earned his MSW and PhD from George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Nebbitt has published and presented research on outcomes among runaway and homeless youth, environmental correlates and mental health symptom among urban African American adolescents, and the effects of the urban context on involvement in antisocial behavior among African American adolescents.
