Diploma
Certification Procedure
To obtain a certification of a diploma issued to graduates from Howard
University, please complete the following steps:
1. Complete the
Certification Request Form.
2. Submit a photocopy of
the original diploma with the completed
Certification
Request Form.
3. Please indicate on the form if you would like to pick up the certification or have it
mailed. If you prefer mailing, please provide the mailing address.
4. Forward the completed Certification Request Form and the photocopy of the
original
diploma to the address below.
