Typical Weekly Schedule

Internship Program in Clinical Psychology

Interns are scheduled to work from 9 am until 5 pm. These hours sometimes vary based on assessment supervision and outreach programs, which often occur after 5 pm. Interns are given release time for events occurring beyond the normal working hours. The intern working schedule also varies across the training year as some activities end and some begin. The heaviest period is between October and March. A typical work week for interns will be approximately 40 48 hours. Interns complete a minimum of 2000 hours for the training year (i.e. 50 weeks at 40 hours per week). Below, please find typical work schedules for each trimester.
